How to delete a directory from Teamsite using a unix clt

I am using "rm -f -r -h Directory name" to delete a directory,while the file is submitted to staging it is not deleting from staging level.
can any one provide clt to delete that file entirely from teamsite

There isn't one. You're trying to undercut one of the fundamental features of a WCM application. If you want to be able to do that, don't use a WCM app. Just use your Unix filesystem to store your content. You clearly don't understand how TeamSite works, so you might want to read up on it a bit.
