Can you describe what you are trying to achieve here? Is it DD-OD? And also post the complete logs. A snippet won't be helpful for the forum to help you.

What do you think I am doing ?
I am running a simple openDeploy job from one base server to another. There is no data deploy, and the snippet contains the exact error I am not familiar with. It is a transactional opendeploy job.

I for one do not recall seeing this message before - however, I am curious about the MultiTier is = true part - since I think that might have something to do with the issue (which might have been clarified if you had posted your configuration file).
My guess is that there aren't too many folks here using the MultiTier approach to deployments, and hence the lack of comprehension from what you posted.

I have tried this multi-tier deployment and it works for me.

Attached deployment configuration files: test1.txt and test2.txt (Rename them to *.xml)

Multi-tier set up:
Base server 1 (MyLocalHost) -> Base server 2 (QATeamsite) -> receiver (LiveSiteDEVHost)

Steps:
Base server 1 send a file to base server 2
On successful deployment on Base server 2, it further sends the same set of files to the receiver server.

File Location:
C:\Interwoven\OpenDeployNG\conf\test1.txt on Base server 1
C:\Interwoven\OpenDeployNG\conf\test2.txt on Base server 2

Cross-check the attached configuration files with the one that you have, if there is any conflict.

Apparently the problem or deployment failure resolved by themselves, thanks for the two files you provided.
