security -- nested groups

In W2K TS 5.x, TeamSite has not been able to resolve membership in nested security groups on the network. For example, if we place group 'abc' within group 'xyz' at the W2K level, then use 'xyz' as a group_for_sharing of a workarea in TeamSite, a user whose ID is in 'abc' does not have access to files and directories in this workarea.

Anything new on this score with any SP's in TS 5.x? How about TS 6?

The group that you make the owner of the workarea has to be either a local machine group or a domain local group.
