Visual Preview Dissapeared after dct change

I made a minor change to an existing dct and suddenly the generated page x.html no longer has the Visual Preview bar on it, however in ccpro you can still see "edit" next to the file name.

I've regenerated the page and still VP is not there, can someone suggest where to start troubleshooting this?
