Unfortunately, it is not clear what you are asking for.
The best recommendation I can make for you is (a) go through some formal TeamSite training [HP offers it, as do some other folks; and it will likely answer your question], and/or (b) read the manuals [unfortunately, this may be likely to confuse you more based on your current understanding of the product]
Beyond that, you can try to rephrase / expand on your initial query here - but without a solid base understanding of the product I'm not sure you'll be able to formulate your query in a manner that will make much sense [to me at least, if not everyone else here].
