SRVE0190E: File not found: /index.html

Hello all,

 

I am encountering weird issue. I have deployed all the pages for tablet site, and the site is working fine on my staging environment.

Teamsite (linux) : 7.3.1

 

Open Deploy : 7.3.1

 

I am really clueless about this issue, as nothing relevant is getting logged in access.log, livesite.runtime.log. etc. I would really appreciate if someone can assist.

Your production link returns a 404 which implies that the file has not been published or the deployment is broken. Also, it would be very unusual to have a ".html" extension for a path that looks like LiveSite. And it looks like maybe something is trying to reroute that path to the root of the application?

 

Your other environments apparently cannot be accessed from outside your network (and rightly so). Also, you haven't provided anywhere near enough context for anyone to help you debug this, as it's likely an issue with custom code rather than anything to do with the platform.

 

Also, consider removing your client information there for security reasons, especially if you're a contractor as you might be violating the terms of your contract.
