Unable to install Teamsite 7.4.0.0 on linux 6.4

Hi All,

I am trying to install Teamsite 7.4 on linux 6.4 machine. it gives error at very early stage of installation..saying that "Common services not detected". and doesn't allow to proceed further. I tried older versions also to install just to see its problem with this version only.. but its coming with all other 7.x installer too.
Can anyone of you suggest what could be the problem and how to resolve this? how to install common services before installation as it comes with installer only in .iwpkg

Have you installed common services ? Are they running ?

Just to add to what nipper has mentioned - Its better to install 7.4 in 3 steps :

1. first install teamsite choosing these 4 packages : Application Container,Common Services,Common Services Client,Foundation libraries

2. continue installation choosing this packages : Autonomy UI Framework,Autonomy administration console,Autonomy Teamsite UI framework,Autonomy Teamsite User Interface,Autonomy Teamsite Workflow modeler,CSSDK Soap services,Report Center,Teamsite

3. continue installation choosing this package : Mediabin 8.0.3 (if you need it)

Also note: 7.4.0 can only be installed on top of 7.3.2 - it's not a standalone installation.

7.4.1 can be installed by itself (or so I'm told, and will be finding out shortly)
