Not to my knowledge. Last I heard it was scheduled for a Feb 2014 release, but I haven't seen any announcements nor is it available in my support downloads.

If you are proceeding with install, let us know if its worth upgrading from 8.0.3 to 8.1.

MediaBin 8.1 has many fixes on RMM Client and MediaBin Server side. You should consider upgrading to 8.1.
