Running TeamSite 7.4 on Windows 7 using IE for almost a year.
The Content Areas are not displaying in DCRs. Ditto, the icons (Save, Preview, etc) in the upper right corner. I've confirmed Javascript is enabled.
Any suggestions?

When you say "Running TeamSite 7.4 on Windows 7 using IE for almost a year." - I assume you mean that the client OS is Windows 7, not the server OS - right?
Also - you did not indicate what version of IE you are using.
As we have no knowledge of your DCT, we have no idea what should / should not be showing up in the images you sent, and you did not indicate whether those images were from doing an edit of the DCR or doing a view / preview (clicking on the name in the list) of the DCR (the latter would never run javascript code - so if the fields are hidden by default and you use FormAPI to make them visible - that would explain why they aren't showing up)
There could be any number of issues going on here - you could try to use the built-in IE debugger (F12 I believe) to look for errors in the Console - but basically there isn't really enough information here to base constructive ideas upon.
You are correct about it being the client OS. I am on IE8.
The issue arose when trying to perform an edit.
The issue was resolved by re-adding the URL to Compatibility View. The URL had been removed during some systems maintenance.
