Immediate now working for CGI task in WFM

Hi,
I have added a CGI task to the existing PLC WF.
It is the first task after which it should go to second CGI task.
Problem is that my CGI window gets closed after execution and I need to go to WF tab to start the second CGI.
I need it to transition in same window.
The immediate attribute is true for task and owner is also same.

I checked this problem faced by other such as

But, this solution did solve my problem.
I am using CGI_lite->iwcallback() method for transition.
Any help is appreciated.

The Done/Next button must do a callback to your server-side to do the transitioning, as you've said you're doing. The magic is that you should get the task ID of the *next* task as the result of that call, and then using any number of ways, get the browser window to transition to /iw-cc/transitiontask?task_id=thatNumber. The TeamSite::WFtask->CallBack() function gives you that information; not sure about the CGI_lite object.

Check your "new" CGI code to see if it does a window.close() anywhere - if you're planning to transition to another CGI task you do not want to close the window - because the same window would be re-used by the next CGI task.
