Translation Reviewer multi select box is empty in OOTB Translate files workflow

Dear All,

I was trying to use the "Translate File" OOTB workflow in Teamsite 7.3.1 server. But I am getting the reviewers multi select box as empty. Following are the things I have verified.

1. Verified DataSourceConfig.xml file for the entry "Translation Reviewers" and even proper parameter is passed.
2. Verified the custom_instantiation.cfg file as well, the above name is called in the inline data source command.
3. The branch/workarea which I am using contains more than one user with "Reviewer" role.
4. The file which I attached to the workflow is a .page from a master locale site.

After all these verifications, I could not get the values in the job initiation select box.

Note: No exceptions in logs as well.

Environment details:
Teamsite version: 7.3.1
OS: Windows 2003 Server

But the same is working fine for me in TS 7.3.2 server in windows environment with same settings.

Any suggestions?

Hi Aneel,

I tried putting alerts in custom_instantiation.cfg file. But I got null. I hope data source itself is returning null values.

I faced same issue I created my own custom data source and used it.Also I am trying to find path of class file "com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.g11n.translation.workflow.task.urltask.BuildManifestAndSetTranslationStatusTask"

used in this workflow please tell if anyone knows .

the root cause of this problem is that if you see ootb

com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.g11n.translation.workflow.datasource java file the no. of reviewer is coming 0 thats way drop down is not getting populated.

Hi Dinesh,

We also faced this issue but got resolved when we give users the reviewer's role. We have to assign reviewer's role to the user via Configuration > User and Roles route. Did you try that?
