Copy Content field to Extended attribute?

We would like to copy the value of an input field within a DCR to an extended attribute of the same DCR.

I'm assuming on the Save event that field could be read, but is there a way to attach that field value to an extended attribute? (If yes, can you point to the right manual/document with how to do it?)

If I were you I would've used FormAPI callServer on "onSaveDone" event.
Alternatively, you may configure a simple workflow tied to 'tt_data' trigger.
You may also intercept "CreateFSE" Event with "iwat" but that's an overkill
in this case, IMO.

Whatever your trigger, the code behind it will have to parse DCR and use iwextattr
command or CSExtendedAttribute Class to set Attributes you want.
