Unable to retrieve the workflow from teamsite

Hi Techies,
My env:
Teamsite 7.3.1
Redhat Linux:5.5
we are facing some issue while retrieving the workflows from workflow modeller.
When we click on File-->Retrieve in the workflow modeller , then we are seeing a message stating that "Contacting server". And keep on loading all the workflows from workflow modeller screen.
We verified all the logs, but nowhere we found any error log.
And also while we tried to restart the teamsite by using iwrset-a, but while restating the server we found the below exception in iwjboss.log.
Could you please help us to what is the root cause for this and where we we need to check for the logs.

The error you posted is not related to this issue, and is fairly innocuous.
Have you tried with different browsers? Do any javascript exceptions appear in the dev consoles for any of those browsers? Are you sure your CSSDK session is still valid? (when you restart the server and your kept the wfm screen open, this is the kind of thing that can happen because your session is no longer valid)

If you have had WFM open for a while, it is possible that your TeamSite authentication has expired (or you logged out of TeamSite) - WFM will then just spin trying to access the server.
To fix this, just open up your TeamSite UI (e.g.: CCPro) and re-authenticate there, than you should be able to get WFM to respond correctly.
