Group Task in WFM

Hi ,

I am using Group Task in WFM. In Sharedby property I am only setting Group in which I am setting a Global Variable (CONFIGURABLE(reviewGroup)). The value of this global variable is being updated in a an External Perl task as below :

$job->SetVariable('reviewGroup',$review_group);

I have added myself in the group I m setting in External task, but when Group task is reached I am not able to take ownership of the task. I am getting Permission Denied error. Please can somebody throw light on where I am going wrong .

Can you execute in debug mode and check the wf xml which group is set.

or

Kindly check the servletd_Out.log.

'reviewGroup' is Model's variable, not Job Variable. It no longer exists when you try to modify it run-time.

To change Group Task SharedBy attribute on the fly you may use (for example) TeamSite::WFworkflow::GetTaskByName.
When target Task Object is found, you'd use TeamSite::WFtask: Smiley Frustrated

etOwner or perhaps AddGroup/AddUser.
