Monitor Localization dashboard - CC Standard Interface

Hi,

Can "Monitor localization" dashboard be set up on content center standard interface? I don't see an option for it. When I invoke the link directly, I receive the following error:

Command iw.group.monitor_localization not found in the command descriptors.
