Installation Issue

Hi,

i am installing TeamSite 7.2.1 on win 2008 server. The installation goes fine till the "final confirmation" part and after clicking next on the "summary" page it shows the below error

"The install processing was unsuccessful.

Unable to Install/Start Interwoven Jboss Application Server please click next to continue"

I had the same message on a Solaris 10 install. Clicking 'Next' caused the installer to quit.

Search on the Autonomy Support site for "TeamSite 7.2.1a installation error" (there is no Article number, it is dated 2012-04-23).

Remove the XX:NewSize parameter as it says, even if the value is not '64m', my install had a value of '256m' instead.

Rerun the Installer, it will find the point the previous install quit. The Installer will continue from that point when you click 'Next' and should finish successfully.

If i am not wrong I strongly remember that this might be caused due to the Option selected during the Team site Installation.Memory(1.7G or 2.7 or something).I had a similar issue.What did u check during the installation.If you have seleted the lower memory i would recommend you to try the higher memory option.The documentation is lil bit confusing about this part.

Did a fresh install and selected the the higher memory as suggested and the installation was just fine.
