System configuration not available under Configuration.

Hi all,
when I try to click this area in the GUI:

Administration -> Configuration -> System configuration

the UI returns this error:

Unable to load configuration files from the Common Services server. Check the Common Services server logs for more details.

When I try to go to see the logs, under the path \Interwoven\CommonServices I can see only this 3 directories:

config install lib

I cannot figure if the Common Services server is running and/or how to restart it.
Any help is very appreciated.

It's an app that runs within the app container, so the fact that you were looking at the admin console means that content services was running. Doesn't mean it's not borked though -- check your AC server.log and/or the commonservices.log in the same folder.
