Dcr Not Showing data

Hi ALL,

We have a situation in a dcr , in which one of the field is coming blank, even though if we check in the backend (Solaris) we can see that xml has value in it but when we view the dcr from UI , we are seeing the fields as empty.

This issue is there in few dcr but other dcrs it is showing without any issue.

Any idea what is the issue, Is there any way to overcome this issue or is the dcr got corrupted and we will need to make a new one.

Was the DCT changed at all anytime since those problematic DCRs were created?

If so - it could be the case of the DCR fields not aligning with the DCT structure.

As Ghoti mentioned the template is unable to map back the fields of DCR. Best way to resolve is to recarete a DCR with same values of the corrupted DCR XML using the same DCT.

Compare the DCRs starting from the corrupted field to the entire structure.

If you find the issue, fix the other DCR xml and you should be good to go.
