On TeamSite 7.2.1 on Linux in order to integerate with LDAP the only change required is to configure the users_database.xml or do we need to update the iw.cfg also.

user_databases.xml is sufficient in terms of IWOV changes, but your OS will require some configuration as well if you want OS users.

Depending on what you're using for LDAP integration, there may be some changes you need (or want) to make to iw.cfg too - it is documented in the manuals (though you may have to search a bit to find it all)
