Reports link disappearing

Hello,

We are using Teamsite 7.1 /Windows OS. We see issue with "Reports" link sometime, it suddenly disappears. When this issue occurs we end up rebooting the server. Once reboot is complete Reports link appears fine.

Do you know why it occurs? we dont want to reboot server often as its PROD server.

When report issues in the forums - please indicate the product version(s) and server and client platforms, and if relevant, the browser(s) being used.

In this case - you should [also] open up a case with HP Support - chances are there may be a log file to look through that might help pinpoint the issue; at the least there's probably a service you can restart without having to reboot the entire server.
