I have to create some custom java classes to be integrated withTS.

I have to use TS interfaces

Where are all these TS provided APIs are located (whats location on TS) ? Is it on TS or somewhere else ?

From where can I download them ?

I would suggest starting with the SitePublisher's developers guide

Also get the CSSDK and install it, that will contain the jars you need.

What is the Java doing that you will write? Is it WF related ? LS related?

I am working on WF and developing java classes that acces TeamSite content for manipulation.

Where do I get CSSDK from ? Is it on TeamSite ?

Do I install it on IDE outside of TeamSite ? Is CSSDK libraries that can be integrated in eclipse OR RAD ?

It is typically a download from support. You can drop the jars into Eclipse or NetBeans and build you app.

I have it loaded on my PC though there is an optional server component for SOAP which you proably don't need.

You can also lift the libraries from Interwoven/TeamSite/cssdk if you don't need the SOAP connector. You'll find the javadoc in there as well.

If I copy all JAR files from teamSite and load them in eclipse, will that be good enough ?

Whats difference between downloading from support and copying from TeamSite ?

Whats SOAP Connector ? Does it come, when I copy JARs from TeamSite OR it comes only with download from support ?

There should be no difference between the support downloads and the ones copied from your TS box, although I prefer to use the latter simply because you're guaranteed to have the right ones for your version of TS.

You should have either cssdk_java.jar or cssdk_soap.jar. The former uses Java RMI to connect to the content store. The latter requires you to have the CSSDK SOAP module installed, and talks to TeamSite over web services (SOAP). The Java library is faster, but the SOAP is more flexible/robust if you're going through firewalls and/or need to connect to more than one TS server.
