Workflow preprocessor class not working

Hi,

I am using TS 7.2.1 and WFM 7.2.1.0. I have written a perprocessor class and deploy the jar to TS (by running make_toolkit.ipl).

Now when I am trying to instantiate the workflow it is error "6100024 Smiley Sad

Workflow Command [Pre/Post] did not return correct value. Correct the error".

I checked the server log file, it is giving below error:

The class I have written is just created filelist of all the attached files (I am attaching source code with post) and the command I mentioned in preprocessor is "com.interwoven.lexisnexis.wfp.wfLNPreProcessorClass".

I am returning workflow object but not sure why it is giving return type error, the issue might be due to my limited java knowledge (I have done things only in perl earlier Smiley Sad

).

instead of just files, use
writer.append((CharSequence) files.getFilePath());

I changed files, to writer.append((CharSequence) files.getFilePath()); but this did not resolve the issue, it is giving same error.

There was problem with the command I used, I did not specify inprocess in the command "inprocess:com.interwoven.lexisnexis.wfp.wfLNPreProcessorClass".

But now it is giving different error "No ClassLoaders found for: com.interwoven.lexisnexis.wfp.wfLNPreProcessorClass". I read other related posts they say something about making jar entry in some config file, but interwoven documentation does not say any thing like that.

Do I need to make entry of this jar somewhere.

Make sure you have no typos or errant whitespace in your class name. Aside from that, are you sure your class got to the right place? Meaning it's in a jar that (eventually) got placed in iw-cc.war/WEB-INF/lib and that the package name matches the folder structure inside the jar?

Hi Rick,

My class name is wfLNPreProcessorClass, so it is someting quite normal.

I checked iw-cc.war/WEB-INF/lib location, I can see my jar file there (after running make_toolkit.ipl).

I verified my source code also, package name is also same as folder structure in the jar.

I was able to resolve this, my JDK version for compiled class was different then TS server machine.
