File permissions during iwcp

Hi there,

We use TeamSite 6.7.2 on Windows.

I am using iwcp to copy some files from one workarea to another in the same store. The files are getting copied, but file permissions are getting messed up. The file is carrying over permissions from it's source (Not desirable in this case as source and target workareas have different permissions). Is there a way to tell iwcp not to carry permissions from the source but to apply the once in the target area/folder?

Short answer - no - there are no such options for iwcp.
You might be able to do what you want using OpenDeploy with EA transfer enabled. You'd have to explicitly set the desired permissions for the target files within the configuration file.
