Installation of TS 7.4.1

I am installing TS 7.4.1 on windows server 2008 R2.

while installing I am getting window to configure IIS where I need to enter user name and password.

Can anyone pls tell me what user and password I need to enter here and where I can configure it?

I have already configure IIS Manager 7 but not sure what to do for adding user.

They're asking for a user with administrative privileges to create the anon user and set the IIS configuration on your behalf. So "Administrator" or some other elevated login info is what you should put in here.

Note - if your organization has strict password policies in effect, you will probably end up having to take care of some of the IIS setup manually after the initial reboot.

Things to look for (and take care of) after the initial reboot:

In my case, I took care of '1', then '2' (including removing the account I had referenced during the installation - i.e. what you were asking about), and then took care of '3' (also replacing the account that was provided during the installation).
