TeamSite/LiveSite on cloud

could you please share the idea(good/bad) about using TeamSite/LiveSite servers on cloud? Anyone using this structure? Is cloud good for both or just for livesite? Did we see any performance increase? Please share some ideas, thanks for your help. No idea about the cloud, so you could advise the best option please.

THat is such a loaded question it is not funny.

Define LS on the cloud.

Whose cloud and more important, what setup.

I am doing LSDS/LSCS on AWS using the EBS (Anazonn's stock tomcat container).. Certianly not OOTB, and not really supported, but the end result will be quite nice.

The LSDS and LSCS structures don't fit will in the EBS containter, so I needed to hack it some.

From what I've heard, HP's hosted version of TS/LS on their Helion cloud would be ideal in this situation.
