Performance Issues and Maximum Value of the Number of Groups

EXU

Our Teamsite system (7.3.1) may define 200-300 groups. Each user will be assigned to some groups.

Is there maximum value for the number of groups in Teamsite?

Are there any performance issues for 300 groups in Teamsite?

Thanks.
