New License not valid - Cloud

Hello and thank you for your help.

I am spinning up a new OpenDeploy receiver in the cloud. When adding a valid OD.lic file, I am getting an error that says my license isn't valid.

This box is in a particularly "secure" subnet that has ports locked down.

How is the receiver validating the license?

First, make certian you entered the correct (according to OD) information into the license generation

From the manual:

java -cp od-home/lib/odng.jar com.interwoven.license.LicInfo -f output-file -p OD

The information appears on screen, for example:
HOSTNAME=mars
DOMAIN=interwoven.com
PRODUCT=OD

Yes, I've tried it and it did not work.

Did you try removing and reinstalling a new license on the OD server.

Also, there might be the encoding issue if you might have used a non standard editor to save the OD.lic file.

And there might be the case of Bad Hostname as well, although it is very less likely to happen.
