mediabin installation issue

In the setup wizard last step, I got following messages:
The install processing was unsuccessful.
Unable to install/Start interwoven Jboss Application Server please click next to continue

my server is a 64bit-window 2008 server. it's a cloud machine.

I clean everything, reinstall, the issue is gone.
