TeamSite 7.3.1 on Windows 2008

When you run install_webapps.ipl -f content_center, it will delete all the files in iw-cc.war. But then, the program look for docket files under iw-cc.war/META-INF/*.* which was already deleted by the -f switch! Will Interwoven ever fixed this logic???

As per support comment out the line for foundation toolkit in toolkits.xml under iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center folder.

After this try to re-run the install_webapps.
