can you please help me to to integrate the SSO with Teamsite 7.3 without site minder and also please share your inputs for role mgmt system is possible with Teamsite like If users are logged into their windows machines or intranet wwould not needed logging into TeamSite, should be able to get into Teamsite.

Please share your inputs ASAP.

Now knowing what SSO product you have or anything else it is impossible to answer.

Assuming you have a product that someone has already tried, you may get some help. But that is unlikely, I have only done SiteMinder. Baring any help here, you either have to figure it out on your own or hire someone to figure it out.

Thanks for replying it!!!
basically I just wanted to integate Teamsite with Active directory and also
do not want to enter the credentials any time they access TeamSite user interface to do their day to day activities.
if i am in Active directory and also added in teamsite User DB then should aceess teamsite directly without entering credential manually.

Can I integrate the Teamsite login with Ldap or Active directory after making changes in user_database.xml, so Non OS and OS user can login into teamsite?

Yes, you can use ADS/LDAP for TS access authentication. Yes, you can configure your
TS for OS Users, non-OS Users and combination of the two.

No, you absolutely cannot have just ADS/LDAP for TS SSO. You will need some SSO (duh!)
system to accomplish that, be it a Siteminder, Kerberos, Passport or whatever...

That's what Nipper and Rpoulin were telling you all along. What is still unclear?
