Unable to see Targeting specific menus(such as New Rule, New Action etc.)

Hi,
I am using Teamsite 7.3.1 include sitepublisher and Targeting. But can see Targeting specific menus after installed. How to enable the Targeting specific menus? Any one can help? Thanks!

Make sure your TS.lic says TARGETING=true, that LSCSAuth is installed and running, and that you set lscs.rules.enabled=true in livesite_customer_src/etc/conf/livesite_customer/content.properties (and ran an LS build).

Er.. that content.properties change is usually the one that gets missed out. I guess you could confirm that the change has been effectively applied?

Interwoven/Application Container/server/default/deploy/iw-cc.war/WEB-INF/conf/livesite_customer/content.properties

If it's fine there too, are there any error messages in your server.log? Have you created a LiveSite site in your workarea (not sure if that's a requirement)? I'm not sure what else to suggest..
