Apache proxy connection failure

Hello everyone,
We have installed Apache after we done istalling OD/TS. Now we are getting the following 404 error message.
Connection Failed
iwproxy was unable to open a connection to: HTSOP01VR.bcbsma.com:81
Reason: Transport endpoint is not connected.
Can anyone please advise what is going wrong?
OS: Linux RedHat 5.4
Ts 7.2.1

I suggest you read the TeamSite installation and administration guides - specifically looking for sections dealing with either "apache" and/or "customer web server".
