Import error while accessing image from Mediabin to TeamSite.

Hi everyone,

 

I am on TeamSite 2.3.2 , MediaBin 8.0.3 , Solris.

 

I have a  DCT that has a mediabin browse button , onclick of this button it opens a wizard connecting to the Mediabin and showing the assest folders . But when I select any of the images from these folders it throws an error "An error occurred executing command com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.richmedia.ImportCommand ". I am sure if this error is caused if I dont have any read access to folders or is there anything I have to look upon as I am new to this tool .

 

Please suggest .

TeamSite 7.3/7.4 can't properly connect to some (all?) versions of MB 8.x. You have to configure TeamSite to use the old ECM connector. In our case this was TS 7.4.1.1 connecting to MB 8.1.1, and HP support had provided us with instructions.

 

I suggest you open a support case and see whether this applies to your particular versions as well.
