mediabin8.1 installation issue

I am trying to install mediabin8.1 on vmare window server 2008 64-bit (vmware machine).
During installing mediabin asset sever package, the setup wizard display several error mesages, please see the attached images.
How can I manually fix this issue after installation?
During installation phase, I choose ignore and continue installation. After installing mediabin8.1 and login http://localhost:8080/mediabin, and create upload, email, donwload actions.
but when I try to upload images, mediabin display an error message "unable instantiate action", i am not sure this issue is caused by the installation issue.
if I logout and reboot my machine, and relogin http://localhost:8080/mediabin, mediabin will display the error message "can't login, login session wrong", even I input the right username and password.

Make sure MBFTP and Staging folders are configured properly for MB Server service account. These two folders should have read and write permissions under Sharing and Security tabs of these folder properties.

Check the IIS Application Pool identity if you are still getting the same error even with above permissions on the shared folders. You can set the AppPool identity to same MB Server service account.
