We are deploying files from teamsite server to OD admin server using filelist, then we are doing nextDeployment to receiver servers using dateDifferent.

Is it possible to use same filelist to deploy files from OD admin to receiver server ?

What do you mean by deploying "to OD admin server"?
The manuals indicate that you can use nextDeployment with a file list deployments but they don't provide details of whether you have to somehow explicitly pass the file list or whether it is implicitly passed. My guess is that you can use the '-k' flag to pass in the file list to the initial deployment and that the same parameter will be implicitly passed to the next deployment - but you'll have to do some testing to verify it.

As far as I know you cannot automatically deploy Filelist using Multi-tiered Deployment.
What you can do in this case is deploy filelist itself first and then use deployed copy
within nextDeployment configuration.

That said, if I were you, in such case I would use Routed Deployment instead of Multi-Tier.
There, you absolutely can use "single-origin" Filelist. OD will then build a Deployment Manifest
from it and deploy Files through your Route Segments.

Filelist is a File, you can deploy it just like any other. You can do that using for example
Deployment0 / Deployment1 schema or as a part of the main (first Tier) Deployment using dedicated
deployment definition. (You know that you can use multiple definitions within same deploymentConfiguration,
don't you?)

Once again, use Routed Deployment instead of Multi-Tiered one and you would not have to worry about
propagating initial List anywhere.

Btw... What is actually stopping you from making a trivial fan-out deployment to all Target Servers, OD Base including?
In other words, are you sure that you really need multi-tier
TS -> Base -> Multiple Receivers rather than simple
TS -> Base and all Receivers?
