When attempting to open an html page under /.iwmnt only blank page displays

I have found a few other posts on here with similar symptoms but none of the solutions applied to our situation. We have a newly installed instance of TeamSite 7.2.1 on Linux RedHat 5.4. We found out after our TeamSite install that Apache had not been installed prior to our install. After having Apache installed we updated the httpd.conf with changes made during TeamSite install. We went through a number of different of issues but finally got to a point where the page tried to open but ended up only opening a blank page. I am working with Support on this issue as well but figured I'd throw it out here in case anyone had any ideas.. I ran iwproxy-d and compared it to the same in our current production instance both outputs are below the [sending block] appears to not be rendering in the Not Working instance

what happens when you go to

I get the same blank page as when opened thru TeamSite.. If I manually create a directory under /iw-mount called test and put the html file there. The page opens as expected at http://servername:81/iw-mount/test/footer.html. Which I believe tells me Apache is OK but it is when Apache tries serving up pages from the TeamSite mount point that I am experiencing issues. I am guessing it has to do with the order of our install (TeamSite before Apache) but having a hard time pinpointing the exact cause. Thanks

You should not be able to add files in iw-mount

I expect the Apache virtual directories are not correct

Tried changing to the same as your entry and then stopped and started Apache and same result when clicking on the name of an html page in the teamSite ui.

Do all the work outside TeamSite.

Get it working with straight Apache first, that will get rid of 1 variable (TeamSite) and leaves you with the issue (Apache). Once that link I posted works, then you should be good.

Thanks that is the approach I am taking.. I compared permissions and everything seems fine.. Just seems Apache is having an issue opening the page from the mount point.. Thanks for having a look. Have a good day.. I will post solution if/when we get there..

If you want to configure apache http server post a TeamSite install, there is an install script to do that.

it should be in iw-home/private/bin called tspostreboot.ipl (I am not on a system right now to verify.. but there may be underscores in the script name and may begin with iw)

It will configure your mounts, access, etc within apache.

Your diff saved me.. By default the EnableSendfile off was commented out in my httpd.conf after seeing your post and looking for it and reading it's comment "must be turned off when serving from networked-mounted filesystems" - I was confident we had it.. Uncommenting the line #EnableSendfile off and stopping and restarting Apache seems to have done the trick.. Comparing to our current production instance proved useless as this entry is not in the httpd.conf of the older apache version there.. Thanks again for your help..
