Variants of image creation- for tablet, mobile

Hi All,

I am new to MediaBin. Does MB has inbuilt capability to create variants of image that suit for

a. mobile

b. tablet

Do we need to configure job for this variants creation? If so, any useful resources explaining the process.

We are working on responsive website development. Only one image will be created, for laptop. Using Mediabin, we need to create variants.

We are not looking for format changes such as JPG to GIF; but variants of same image, originially created for desktop, which suit mobile, tablet devices.

Do we need to configure job for this?

Yes, you can configure MB to do this. That is one of the most basic operations MB performs; to resize images.

Primitives to get the desired outcome.
