Need to customize workflow selection screen

I need to add a description icon on the workflow selection screen for the user to identify the purpose of selecting the workflow. I didnt find any customization config files for this purpose. Please help me to find out a solution

I'm not aware of any supported way of achieving this. However, that screen does give you quite a bit of real estate, so perhaps consider making more descriptive labels?
