The documentation is available from the customer support portal. If you don't have access to that, find the person in your organization who does and they can get the PDF for you.
It's against the TOS for us to send you a copy directly.

If in case I dont have DD Licence and I am using Teamsite 6.7 version. There is any other way through which I can push and pull my data(DCRs) into database.
Something related to FormPublisher or TPLs.
Custom code with SQL. Why are you trying to skirt around an obvious solution? Maybe a better question is - why is your employer on such an old version of TeamSite and if there's a requirement to deploy DCR data to a database, why would they not buy the DD license?
