I have been encountering folder issues since migration from old server v6.7.2 to new server v7.4.1. I issues are as follows especially in TeamSite interface (formerly CCSTD):
Folders don't reflect actual content, it's as if they are cached showing content from previous folder sometimes. Some users have different issues from each other, eg. 1 master user can't go to Home folder (doesn't load) but others include myself can.
Any help in resolving these issues are greatly appreciated, because I have been working with Autonomy Engineers for weeks and it seems they can't figure out why these issues occur, even though the proper procedures for migration were followed as per there recommendations.
