LSCS not retreiving content via path

HI,
When I do LSCS admin diags it gives this:

I am not able to query using id or path.

When I query for content using id or path it doesn't return anything.

Is the content root misconfigured? How should I fix it?

I am using TS 7.3.1.

You need to learn to format your posts.

I user a URL like this

On TS 7.3.1 RHEL, it looks like you are on 7.3.1 as well.

Also, try the debug panel and see if what comes up in document query

Having Y: (/iwmnt on Unix) as the document root is correct in LSCS AT in 7.3.1, everything is indexed by Idol.

OK, updating my answer. On RT I can query by ID with no trouble, but AT I cannot. I query through debugpanel and use that data.

If this is 7.3.1 then document/id and document/path do not exist in Authoring.

BTW, I was able to get LSCS AT to return the data via
.../document/path/templatedata...... but not by ID

In order to retrieve dcr by path, you must pass project as well.

I'll defer to others regarding the issue you posted, but I have to wonder why you say you're running TS 7.4.0 but the LSCS diagnostics say 7.3 ... perhaps something was not updated properly?

I suspect that Ghoti hit the issue, looks like Idol and LSCS are out of sync. There was a change in the 7.2.1 or 7.3 range where Idol went from a flat structure to a hierarchical structure. I would guess you have a mix.

Are you mixing levels of TS and LSCS? The rtserver.jar is the one that matters here and if you are mixing the revs of the jar in the wrong combination, this will happen.

If you check the Idol store, there are paths like

That change was between 7.2.1 and 7.2.1 Patch 1 - so the path structure should not be the determinant between 7.3 and 7.4

I am not so certain about that, I have seen this behavior in 7.3. It may be only when upgrades and the rtserver.jar has not been replaced,

I figured out that indexes on IDOL got corrupted somehow.

I have deleted all the projects from LSCS and re-deploy the content and issue got resolved.

Now, its working fine.
