Possibility of changing the format of TeamSite-no-reply email address

Can we customize the TeamSite-no-reply email to have our own no reply email format? We are using TeamSite 7.4.1.

That's not an OOTB thing. How are you sending emails -- workflow? Using the default class implementation? How is your task configured? Which user is the task owner?
