How to check the patch number in Teamsite

Folks,
There might be a command but I honestly don't know where to check and hence asking in this forum. We have 2 separate TS-73200 Servers but I suspect that there is some difference in patch versions as results vary in some of the cases even if we use the same code...Might be some patches have been applied which I don't know and our TS Team changed and there is a shortage of documentation here... Can anyone please help me on how to find the patch applied on a particular TS Server? Thanks

Unfortunately patches tend not to be that well recorded. Service Packs you can usually find easily enough - either through iwversion or by looking through the iwinstall directory.

Alternatively, look on the Support site to find out what patches, if any, were released for the version of TeamSite you're using and then look through the patches and compare the contents of the patch(es) to what you have on your server.

Another alternative, through not to identify explicitly the patch level, is to use something like Beyond Compare to compare the entire software installation on both servers.

In addition to what Ghoti mentioned, you may start with main GUI "About" Option - upper right-hand corner.
When there, expand "Details" and look all the way down, some Patching info may be there

Unfortunately patches can affect one of many different processes. If there is a patch that replaced iwserver you would likely see it in iwversion. But the patch could easily be 1 of 100 different jars, and that will never show up.

How about describing what you are trying to do or how the behavior is different for the two systems. There are hundreds of touch points but maybe we an help narrow it down some.
