Not able to use external and Controller tag inside Content XML, Getting error msg!

Hi,

I am not able to add external and controller both tag inside Content XML. And getting error message like below:

Could not load component data XML into XMLDOM.

com.interwoven.livesite.common.xml.ValidationError mColumn[14] mLine[10] mSystemID[null] mPublicID[null] mType[ERROR] mMessage[cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'Controllers'. One of '{Group, Datum, AjaxOutput}' is expected.]

Actually, I am doing logout scenario in welcome page.Hence I need to use Controller for that.

The <Param> tags inside each <Controller> should not be there. If you want to pass parameters to the controller instance, you have to pass them in the same manner as what you did with the <External>.

Here, when I click on 'logout' link and that link should call above Logout controller where my java file removing a session. and redirecting to login page again.
I am using external here bcz after login I am redirecting to home page.

XSD validation considers the order of the nodes. As children of <Data>, the <Controllers> must come first, then <External>, then datums.
