Folders in GUI doesn't get disabled after permissions get changed on Shell

Hi,

We are using Autonomy Interwoven TeamSite 7.3.1.0.0.
Currently facing an issue wherein folders in TeamSiteGUI doesn't get disabled(neither readable nor writable) if we change its permissions on unix prompt/ shell.

eg : If I change a file's permission to 500 (-r-x------) on unix prompt, the file in GUI should not be readable/writable or edit link should be disabled for that file.

But this is not happening. Any suggestions on this ?

What are you in TeamSite, if you are a master you will see and as long as the group which holds permissions to that branch/file for which you are a member you will see it.

Ask an author or editor to login and see, if he/she see it.
