Setting groups for a group task

Hello,

 

I am setting multiple groups to a group task though configurable variable. The variable is defined in custom instantiation and has 3 groups separated by comma. When i generate the job spec I get intermittent issues with the sharedby attribute of the Workflow task. Sometimes it strips off the group name randomly and I am not able to instantiate a job - error - Unknow hopi - no such group found. This is an intermittent issue though. Any who has faced ssuch lkind off issues earlier and has any resolution?

AFAIK a comma-delimited value is not acceptable as a 'shared by' option. It would actually look for a group called "group1, group2, group3". You'd need three separate dropdowns each assigned to a different configuration variable. (or, if the number of target groups is variable, use an external task to set ownership on that task instead of wfm vars)
