Deployment issue

Hi,

The TS users are trying to deploy the html files to target server and deployment is successfull but the changes are not reflecting at the website.

1. We tried with Admin login and the changes are appearing at the website but not with the normal TS users.

TS version :- 7.2.1

workflows :- WFT type

environment :- Linux

We check the log file odbase and odreceiver everything looks fine.

Please let us know where the issue can occur.

There are too many possibilities to count.

You need someone who has basic debugging skills. Then start narrowing down the problem.

When a file is changed on a website, and the change is not visible, there are a few possibilities:

1. you are changing the wrong file/location

2. Something is agressively caching the old content

3. The file is not really being changed.

narrow it down, or tell your boss to hire someone who can debug

Hi,

I debug the issue the deployment is working fine but the changes are not reflecting at website and also we checked the cache as well. The cache also refreshed but the changes are not coming.

Then you're going to have to debug the next piece. We don't know anything about your runtime environment. Are you using LiveSite? Are you deploying static html? Have you checked your runtime logs? Have you verified that the files ended up in the same place as where the application is looking for them? Does restarting the server help anything? etc etc.
