Workflow error

I am getting the below error while executing a workflow in teamsite. It seems like my workflow has a dependency on particular user and now this user is not present anymore. I have checked available_templates.cfg and workflow wft files but was not able to find any entry for this user. Please let me know how i can remove this dependency from my workflow?

Invalid Workflow:

ERROR: 00925: No Such User

ERROR: "1000208214" is not a valid user.

ERROR: 00925: No such user.

Available_templates and available_models wouldn't cause this. Somewhere, in the specific workflow that you were just trying to launch, there is a task assigned to a user that no longer exists. It's that simple -- you just have to find it. And since you have the user "name" (I'm guessing?) then it should be straightforward to just grep the file for that string.

It is also possible that the user is/was a member of a group that is assigned to a Group Task - the workflow system checks all members of all groups assigned to Group Tasks to make sure that they have the ability to take ownership of the task. In the past I've seen cases where removing users from TeamSite does not automatically remove those users from TeamSite groups (and definitely won't remove them from OS groups) - and it will tend to cause this kind of error.
