TS Search: Not able to search if the files are submitted to staging

Hi,

TS 7.3.1 PATCH 2

TeamSite and Search are installed on separate servers.

Issue 1: TS Search is not working if the file is submitted to STAGING, but its available its modified on the workarea. Even the new files are available to search till it gets submitted to staging. Even thou the index status returns as "11-Indexed".

Issue 2: If the file owner is IWUI then the files are not coming up on the search results including if its modified on workarea.

I have turned on the DEBUG mode and I am only seeing the following:
ERROR com.interwoven.hunter.common.TSException (IncrementalIndexer-0) - Hopi Error Code :2009
com.interwoven.hunter.common.TSException: FindFSEByID

That doesn't make sense what you said. Files are not searchable until they are submitted to Staging and then only if you've set the branch up to be indexed.

That's how its working for me now. I am not able to search if its submitted. Only workarea modified files are available to search.

But if the file is modified by the LOCAL OS user then it is available to search from Staging.

That is for earlier versions, 7.3.1 indexes everything, Even if we do not specify any branch in branches.cfg.

Still waiting from IW support for an update (BTW, its been more than 3 weeks and not yet any solution). Meanwhile, IW support says that:
We can not skip any directories from indexing. That means the settings of iw.index.skip.specificfiles.paths & iw.index.skip.specificfiles.beginningpaths doesn't help. In my case, its true.
