teamsite crashes due to iwfsd.sys driver

Hi,

We are using Teamsite 6.7.2. on a windows 2003 Server.
Few time teamsite crashed due to iwfsd.sys driver and we lost all the bookmarks in teamsite. Does anyone knows about this issue and please provide me the fix if available

I believe a hot fix for that windows driver was made. Check with support. What type of error did you receive ? Does the server blue screen?
